Product Warranty This warranty applies ONLY to polycarbonate transparent sheets (AIDA-PC) with anti UV layer for a period of 10 years from the date of sale in following cases: 1- Warranty Conditions : The conditions that this warranty will be applicable are as follow : 1-1- If excessive yellowing or loss of light transmission as defined herein occurs during a seven (7) years period from the date of sale due to manufacturing defect and subject to the conditions set herein, Noavaran Aida plastic Company will provide replacement AIDA-PC sheet to the purchaser or a fabricator designated by the purchaser. 1-2- If excessive yellowing or loss of light transmission as defined herein occurs after seven (7) and before ten (10) years from the date of sale due to a manufacturing defect and subject to the conditions set herein, the purchaser should return the failed sheet, original sales receipt and this warranty and Noavaran Aida plastic company will replace the material to the purchaser at the rate of 1/120th of the original cost for each month from the date of return up to the end of 10th year. This warranty applies only to sheets fabricated, and cleaned according to Noavaran Aida plastic company recommendations. It is important to note that AIDA-PC sheet is designed for weathering resistance and does NOT provide abrasion resistance. No warranties are extended on the abrasion characteristics of this product. The warranty does not cover (re)installation of fabrication expenses or any other direct or indirect loss (es) which may result from the sheet failure. 2- Breakage 2-1- If AIDA-PC sheet breaks during installation procedure (considering that the installation should be according to the installation guidelines of Noavaran Aida plastic Co.) or have breakage at the time of delivery of the sheets due to manufacturing defect and subject to the conditions set herein, then the purchaser, or a fabricator designated by the purchaser, will receive free replacement AIDA-PC sheets, provided that the failed sheets, original sales receipt and this warranty are returned to Noavaran Aida plastic company. The replacement sheet will provide within fourteen (14) days. 2-2- This warranty applies only to sheets fabricated, and cleaned according to Noavaran Aida plastic company recommendations. However no material can be described as unbreakable. For it is impossible to account for all types of usage. 3- Yellowing and light Transmission: The warranty against yellowing and light transmission applies only to clear Transparent AIDA-PC sheets, cleaned according to the recommendations of Noavaran Aida plastic company. Yellowing degree should be measured by UV lamp (xenon lamp). The light transmission characteristics of AIDA-PC sheet, cleaned according to the recommendations of Noavaran Aida plastic company shall not decrease more than 7% during a ten years period from the date of sale, when tested by the procedure specified in ASTM D 1003. 3-1- This warranty is limited to excessive yellowing and loss of light transmission due to the degradation of AIDA-PC sheet and does not cover yellowing or light transmission losses due to dirt, atmospheric deposits, or abrasion. Beware that all outdoor materials are subject to irreversible depositions of atmospheric elements and can be expected to show signs of hazing eventually. Regular, proper cleaning will significantly reduce, but not eliminate, that process. This warranty does not cover abrasion or scratching. 3-2- Noavaran Aida Plastic Co. will not give any warranty for any special damage, side damage or indirect damages from using of AIDA-PC sheets or when the sheets are being used without considering the sales contract or applications guidelines of Noavaran Aida Plastic Co. NOAVARAN AIDA PLASTIC COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR INCIDENTAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR APPLICATION OF AIDA-PC SHEET WHETHER A CLAIM FOR DAMAGES IS BASED UPON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE SHALL NOAVARAN AIDA PLASTIC COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY AMOUNT MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE PURCHASER PAID FOR THE AIDA-PC SHEET. The remedies provided herein are purchaser's sole and exclusive remedies. This limited warranty must be completed by the dealer at the time of sale.
