Aida ABS production line َ
ACRYLONITRILE BUTADIENE STYRENE sheets are industrial thermoplastic which have applications such as: home appliance, automotive parts ,refrigerators ,sanitary, electrical connection equipment and administrative instruments .During and after production ABS sheets all parameters check and investigate by quality control based on standards and finally store and send to customers. HIPS sheets are produced at the same production line and have similar application such as ABS sheets. These sheets are produced in different colors and patterns.
:Aida flat sheets production line
Another our company production line .is solid PC,PMMA,GPPS ,two and three layer PMMA/ABS sheets.
PC,PMMA,GPPS sheets are being produced in plain and different embossed forms and colors according to the dimension 2050*3050*&1830*1220 and 2-12 mm thickness.
Two and three layer PMMA/ABS sheets property is like ABS and PMMA layer coextruded on the surface of the sheet in order to brightness and improvement of the scratch resistance of the sheets. The majority usage of this sheets is in bath tabs.
َAida polycarbonate hollow sheets production line
Based on new technology two and three double and triple wall polycarbonate sheets are produced in this production line .Multi wall polycarbonate sheets has
suitable light and thermal , mechanical properties .which are 75 times higher than the glass with the same thickness.

These sheets are produced in different color according to standard dimension 6000*2100 and thickness 4,6mm double wall.8,10mm double wall, 16,20mm triple wall
All the production process is under QC department control and after sheets production parameters such as sheets storage will check and do carefully
َAida polycarbonate profile production line
Based on increasing usage of PC and PMMA sheets instead of the glass polycarbonate connection profile production line was started on 2003in our factory. PC and PMMA sheets installation needs accessories, which are substituted by polycarbonate profile instead of metals .Since these profile has the same expansion coefficient some damages such as cracks in the sheets will be solved. These profiles are produced in different forms and colors
THEMOFORMING:
Based on dimension and kind of the requested products, kinds of the sheets thermoforms on molds .time and temperature for every product are the main factors in final quality and property .In addition operator experience is another important factor. Thermoforming process is based on vacuum concentrated air or male –female molds
Aida Compounder production line :
Another production line of Noavaran Aida plastic Co is compounder production line ,which use to compound polymers and additives and masterbatch. Based on some especial colors powder property in order to use in main production line we have to change them to granules. On the other hand this production line has some advantages like production kinds of compounds and change extrusion and injection grades to useful engineer grades

Noavaran Aida Plastic Co ,has CNC cutter machine ,which can cut sheets for customer and standard samples for lab
Injection molding and lab production line
Raw materials before using in production lines usually test in lab production line or injection molding at low level in order to pass quality limits for the final products

Lab unit has advanced equipment in order to test raw material and products before sending customers
