The following Tips sheets should be considered to install polycarbonate sheet:
The substructure profile should be larger than 6cm and should be flat and standard after welding. Also, the profiles should be standard and approved by Noavaran Aida Plastic Company. It should be noted that the sub-profiles can be smaller or larger.
The thickness and load applied to the sheets will differ in how the substructure profiles are subdivided.
Aluminum profiles and rubber gaskets must be standardized and approved by Noavaran Aida Plastic Company, because the thickness of aluminum profiles plays an important role in maintaining and maintaining the sheet, and it is important to resist the UV rays of rubber gaskets.
Due to the thickness of the screws, the center-to-center spacing should be 2110 to 2120 mm. Also, the bolts need to be self-tightened (automatic) and the screw hole is close to the sheet, or the screws stick to the sheet or directly on the sheet, the sheet does not have the necessary space for expansion and contraction.
The spacing of the screws on the aluminum profiles should be proportional and standard, so that the tangential or intangible arc of the surface is not visible to cause stress and stress concentration on the sheet.
Multi-threaded polycarbonate sheets (Halo Sheets) IATA should bend in the direction of the direction, not in the width direction.
The two open ends of the hollow shell polycarbonate sheets should be completely closed and the bottom ends of the sheets should be used with a veneer lid that prevents the dust from entering into and creating yellow shades in the sheets.
In polycarbonate sheets, halogen sheets should be considered for 1 to 2 mm of space for shrinkage and expansion. Also, if the center profiles need to be screwed, the hole diameter should be 2mm above the screw.
Rubber washers should be selected from EPDM. The use of non-standard gaskets such as PVC can lead to the destruction of polycarbonate sheets.
Seal off glass and non-standard adhesives separately, and use silicon glue designed to withstand the necessary weather conditions.
It is important to keep the sheets away from direct sunlight and in indoor areas and prevent direct contact with the rays of the sun while storing the sheets, as it causes the heat to concentrate on the leaves (due to the nasal properties) and, as a result, to be degraded. In the event that the above items are not properly observed and the chassis are not taken into account at appropriate intervals, the liability for the losses suffered by the customers shall not be in any way noticeable to the manufacturer, and shall be related to the installation which is unlawfully authorized to install the sheets. Therefore, it is recommended to use the approved AADA plastic plasterboards to install polycarbonate sheets that are fully fitted to the standard sheet mounting method. It is worth noting that the warranty of sheets will only include sheets that are provided by the installers of the company.
